Another Sunday and another busy and great day for our club.
Starting with our U9s who travelled to Dunboyne this morning. They played against a strong well organised side. The defending has come on leaps and bounds and we scored some cracking goals too. Well done Dermot and Sharon, they're becoming a real strong panel of players.
Our U10s were under the watchful eye of our newest coach Sean Ward this morning. We had a home game to St Ita's AFC. It was a great effort by the lads all round. After being so strong this season the lads were moved up a couple of leagues and they knew they would have to work hard today. They concentrated on doing the small things right and played their game, narrowly missing out on a win. Great team performance and a great result in a 3-3 draw.

Our U11s were home to Rush, after being moved up a league a couple of weeks ago the team continued their progress and had another strong win against a good side. All the hard work in the training ground us definitely paying off.
Our U12s game was called off late last night due to illness in the oppositions camp.
Our under 13s hosted Swords Manor today . In a close encounter we managed to come away with a 2-0 victory
Cristian opened the scoring before Alex Ahearne popped in the second with a well drilled shot late in second half.
A real test for the lads and we want to thank Swords Manor players and coaches for a great game.
We wish them well for the rest of the season.

Our nursery and academy continue to grow and great to see the future of our club learning the basics in such a fun manner.
On a separate note, the club is growing a lot quicker than expected. At the moment we're in the lucky position where we could enter another team in both our U13s and U12s but we lack the coaches to do it. We would love to get them going so if anyone would be available we would love to hear from you.
As always we would like to thank Glenveagh Homes our club sponsors.
